We contacted Elizabeth off of her previous reviews with no prior knowledge of her expertise. We were SO PLEASANTLY surprised. From her patience during the "narrowing down" and searching for the right property, to the financial/contract phase, to the closing, Elizabeth took the utmost care of  every single detail. There were hiccups along the way (as there usually is with Real Estate transactions) but NONE of them were at the fault of our agent. Elizabeth headed off many problems that our lender should have caught and kept everyone clearly informed of the progress and solutions to issues. She listens to what her customers are asking for, will present options you may not have thought of, and never did we ever wonder what was happening with regard to our transaction. Our closing day came after hurricane delays. What should have been a stressful time was not because we were in Elizabeth's very capable hands. She is a professional. Elizabeth is an AMAZING realtor. She's not only an amazing realtor but very personable, compassionate for your needs and is determined to find you everything you want. She worked day and nite for my husband and myself. We live out of state and had to travel back and forth quite a few times with  the first realtor we had and everytime we met them we got further and further away from where we wanted to be and was having to settle for something we didn't want. Thank God I found Elizabeth because within two visits she had us closer and closer to exactly what we wanted and gave us ideas to help us achieve it! She knows her demographics, waterways, roadways, resturants, bathrooms (lol), shopping, boating, history - and it doesn't stop there. Remided me of items due, paperwork signed and had me closing in less time than I asked for. I promise you she's the best. Don't go anywhere else. You will be so disappointed.
