I could not give higher marks for a realtor than Elizabeth Vallie has earned and deserves. She exhibits all the traits that an interested condo or home buyer should be looking for. She is professional, engaging, responsive, hard working, attentive, informative, and a terrific person. She  discussed our wants and needs numerous times prior to our coming to Florida to search for a place, and then devoted four and a half days with us while we were there. Her pre-research was very helpful in showing us places that were vital in aiding us to make the best decision. She definitely put our needs first, not ever pressing or encouraging us to have more interest in the most expensive places. In the end, we purchased a condo in Cape Coral that is a tremendous match for our needs. Since then, she has been invaluable with recommendations and referrals for needed minor maintenance, furnishings, decorating, and nearby activities. I have already referred Elizabeth to two others seeking Florida property. She is completely dependable, trustworthy, experienced, and a joy to work with. 

We contacted Elizabeth off of her previous reviews with no prior knowledge of her expertise. We were SO PLEASANTLY surprised. From her patience during the "narrowing down" and searching for the right property, to the financial/contract phase, to the closing, Elizabeth took the utmost care of  every single detail. There were hiccups along the way (as there usually is with Real Estate transactions) but NONE of them were at the fault of our agent. Elizabeth headed off many problems that our lender should have caught and kept everyone clearly informed of the progress and solutions to issues. She listens to what her customers are asking for, will present options you may not have thought of, and never did we ever wonder what was happening with regard to our transaction. Our closing day came after hurricane delays. What should have been a stressful time was not because we were in Elizabeth's very capable hands. She is a professional. She is knowledgeable about all sides of the transaction because she has vast experience in both lendings and real estate. We never felt pressure or stress. I would use Elizabeth again for any transaction in the future and would gladly refer her to my friends and family. I am that confident in her abilities. After working with her over the past 6 months, I feel like we have made a new friend in our new neighborhood! You will not regret your decision to work with her. She is on your side through it all.
